The Key is to get back to balance

Back pain, joint stiffness, immobility and mental health disorders, fatigue and many more. These are all symptoms and signs that our body systems aren’t functioning properly and the body is Out of Balance

We teach you techniques to Re-Balance your body, its energy systems and clear blockages, to help you improve the functioning of your body leading to health and wellbeing.

3 key areas

Our unique approach treats the 3 key areas to rebalance your body.

The foot, knee and hip

Learn more

The foot is the foundation for the whole body. Imbalances in the structure of the feet can cause distortions to the knee and the hip and right up through the body. There are specialised receptors in the feet that send information to the rest of the body, so if these become strained this can affect balance, alignment and our walking pattern.

The pelvis and spine

Learn more

The pelvis acts like a spirit level in the middle of the body and a platform for the spine to sit on top of. If this becomes twisted or distorted this can cause imbalances and compensations above and below; changing the weight distribution through the knees and feet, and causing the spine to rotate, placing stress on discs and nerves causing back pain and nerve irritation such as sciatica, and causing the shoulders to become twisted, leading to muscle imbalances, pain, limited motion and joint stiffness.

The head and neck

Learn more

The head sits on top of the spine in balance (poise). The head and neck have specialised receptors to maintain balance as the eyes need to be level to work at their best. Any imbalances from below will cause the neck to adapt to maintain eye level, as this is the last place that the body that can make compensations, this can cause muscle imbalance, nerve impingement leading to neck pain, stiffness and headaches.
